CS-IJF
Inkjet Positive Film
CS-IJF is a microporous, instant drying, aqueous coated translucent film. Specially developed for producing high quality, low cost, chemical free positives, utilising standard desktop and large format dye and pigment aqueous based inkjet printers. CS-IJF is printed from your black and white files. The printed film is then used to expose your pre-emulsioned screens to create an extremely high quality screen stencil. The density of the black print is such that it creates the perfect barrier between your light source and emulsion. You will not need to “double up” the films to create the opacity required.Ideal for printers of T Shirts, Fabrics, Signs, Papers, Vinyl, Correx etc. |

Coating Troughs
Our coating troughs are manufactured here in the UK from extruded aluminium and are supplied complete with a pair of moulded plastic end caps.
Replacement end caps are available if required Coating troughs are used to apply direct emulsions to your screens to produce an even coating. An even, flaw free coating to a well prepared screen is key to a quality long life stencil and a precise and even ink deposit. These troughs have a deep well to hold enough emulsion to evenly coat the coarsest of meshes and the end caps are shaped to ensure they sit safely and level whilst filling or between coatings. |

Pallet & Base Masking PaperOur 330mm x 90metre pallet and base masking paper saves you time when cleaning up.
Pallet and base mask is used mainly by the t-shirt and textile printers as a mask for pallets and bases. The paper tape has a medium tack and can accept spray tack adhesive to hold garments and fabrics firmly in place. Once you have finished, simply remove the mask and you are left with a clean, tack free pallet ready for your next job. It is also extremely handy for masking worktops and mixing areas as it is resistant to a wide variety of screen printing inks and solvents. Use it to quickly and neatly mask off vacuum beds and remove cleanly when finished – unlike some packaging and masking tapes that leave adhesive behind that then needs to be removed. |

Screen Clamps
Our screen clamps are made from a cast zinc aluminium with an easy to tighten swivel top and locking wing nut.
They can be fixed to table tops and boards with 2 screws/bolts (not supplied). Will comfortably hold frames up to 40mm and is ideal for an maximum screen size of approx 30”x40”. Ideal for project and prototype work, dedicated job set ups, colleges and schools etc. Can be used to set up for printing to textiles and tee-shirts, paper & board, wood, correx boards, glass etc. |
